SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from US-based fulfillment partners. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Shipping costs, if any, are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your satisfaction matters. We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@glore-select.shop with your order number and reason. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. For hygiene reasons, opened personal-care items may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
